Jordan Extension Cairo 2011
Depart from Cairo or Dahab for a 1-3 day trip visiting Jordan's main sights; Petra, the Dead Sea and Wadi Rum
Package Itinerary:
Day 1 Cairo to Petra
After breakfast you'll be transfered to the port of Nuweiba where you will catch the ferry to Aqaba. From Aqaba it is approximately 2.5 hours by bus to Petra where you'll stay overnight ready your visit the following morning.
Day 2 Petra to Wadi Rum
You'll have most of the day to enjoy Petra, the amazing Rose city carved out of the mountain and where our local guide will make the city come to life. Later in the afternoon you'll head to Wadi Rum made famous as the base for the Arab revolt duirng WW1 and the filiming of Lawrence of Arabia. You'll then travel through a stunning desert landscape en route to stay in a Desert Camp and have a traditional dinner.

Day 3 Wadi Rum to Cairo
After breakfast you'll transfer to Aqaba Port and catch the ferry back to Neweiba. Here you'll meet your transfer back to Cairo. The trip finishes upon arrival to Cairo.
